Good luck with that. It’s on the job application. “How are you at backstabbing?” And the libtards next are going to say that this contest is a referendum on Trump, in defiance of all history and logic.
Count me with finnegan. A mangy dog is always better than a demrat, always.
If a Republican doesn’t come out and challenge Rhyno, I might support him, just to get rid of a Democrat.
I bet this guy is far more patriotic than Paul Ryan, who is literally a traitor to this nation
“It could almost be worth sacrificing this seat to get rid of Ryan.”
Ahhhh No! Nice try though!!!!
“I bet this guy is far more patriotic than Paul Ryan, who is literally a traitor to this nation”
Really? It’s a damn good thing you can’t vote for Bryce otherwise you would be the traitor to this nation. Think before you type!!!!!!!
No conservative would support some homosexual Berner communist.

Impy, I’ve been tossing this around for a while.
On one hand, of course no conservative would vote for someone like that.
On the other hand, if that was the ONLY way to give Snake Ryan the boot and get ourselves a Speaker that will not work against our President, then I’ve got to weigh this option.
In the larger picture, it may well be worth it to kick that arrogant, slimy traitor the h*ll out.
I would literally vote for ISIS before a democrat. ISIS never raised my taxes. ISIS may hate America but at least they aren’t traitors trying to bring down the country from the inside.
Republican nominees are chosen by the voters in the district, Republican nominees for Speaker are chosen by the conference in Late Nov/Dec. No one challenged him for Speaker nomination (and the then President-elect discouraged that). If his voters renominate him and no one is even willing to challenge him for the Speakership via proper channels....
Before Ryan there was Boehner whom freepers hated even more/ There was a half-assed revolt in January 2015 at the Speaker election but NO ONE ran against him for the Speaker nomination, no one wanted the job. Conservatives later successfully goaded him into quitting but then he was replaced by Ryan, and Ryan’s only foe in the end wasn’t sufficiently supported by freepers cause they didn’t love him either (though was clearly better in my view and worth supporting). Do you really think you would like Ryan’s replacement? Is there even a revolt brewing against him like there was against Boehner? No one wants the job.
When Cantor lost he was replaced as Maj Leader by McCarthy who I would say is worse if anything. Think of it as a snake, the head will just grow back if lopped off.
If you want to actually move the conference to the right you need to PRIMARY out a LOT of the more liberal members. The leadership reflects the conference, simply putting all the blame on the leaders is an erroneous view in my opinion. And turning the gun on ourselves by suggesting the election of a traitor democrat is a psychotic view, again IMO. That’s like treating a suspicious looking mole on your arm by amputating the OTHER arm.
Lots of dems are not happy with Pelosi, I guarantee none of them will be trying to get San Francisco to elect a Republican.
I was thinking of Raul Labrador, he was MCCARTHY's opponent for Maj Leader, my mistake. Ryan was overwhelming chosen as Speaker nominee over Dan Webster.
Thanks for your very thoughtful response.
Here’s the thing about Primary-ing out the Libs. Right now, they seem to have so much “on” conservatives that most back down. Like blackmail or something, it seems to me.
They seem to weed out all true conservatives from the start, in the primaries. I just don’t know how we overcome this.
