Ahh, I see the problem. I didn't realize that in your vernacular, "archived" is synonymous with "official record." I was aware Trump's tweets (including @realDonaldTrump) will be preserved by the US National Archives.

I believe his tweets fit this..you don't have to believe that. National Archives believes it, too.

I think Congress has tried to make it less ambiguous with their proposed law.
