I saw the first Tweet and thought it should be removed before he posted the second. Sure, the internet is forever, but when something is deleted it's a tacit admission of a mistake. I was hoping someone would stop him. The second one is worse. I just think this comes off badly and will give him a negative news cycle when the news was taking a beating from all their false reporting and O'Keefe's tapes.

News that I doubt anybody cares about and that won’t change anyone’s opinion of Trump.
As opposed to 24-48 hours of making up lies about the travel restrictions on terrorist states and reinforcing some people’s belief that Trump hates Muslims. Or even more outrageous estimates of deaths if Obamacare is replaced - with “experts” convincing people they’re real numbers.
A negative news cycle is pretty much guaranteed no matter what Trump does (ketchup on steak - “Trump’s not normal”). He knows how to make the “journalists” look stupid by picking what topics they focus on. Going into the 4th weekend with people wishing he’d tweet less is better than with people thinking the health care bill will LITERALLY kill their family and friends.
Whatever the President is, he’s the Platonic ideal of it. I love the man.

Some criticism of the President is one thing, but to constantly insult the man day after day after day.... deserves an appropriate response. And they got one. Keep tweeting Mr President, it’s time we play for keeps. Weak-kneed repubs can turn to Ryan and McConnell’s way of handling criticism, that’s worked so well.
I love that he still tweets. It’s one of the major reasons, along with his rallies, that he won in November.

A negative news cycle? hahahah. Are you new? Trump has had about 130 consecutive negative news cycle and guess what, no one cares. These tweets were great. We have a few new names to work with. Psycho Joe and Low IQ Mika. It works well, he is able to look at people and peg them very accurately (look at Joe’s hair of late. He does look Psycho). CNN wasn’t spending the last few days talking about how corrupt they are (in case you didn’t notice)

I don’t like this tweet. The part about “Mika bleeding from a facelift” is ungallant to say the least. Sure, she probably needs a smackdown, but being attacked in this manner will only get sympathy for Mika while Trump comes off like a thin-skinned boor.
Part 1 was funny.

It depends on how Joe, and his blushing bride-to-be react to this. To be he was goading them to double down, on something which he’ll then hammer them.
Trump is a long game player....looking two or three shots down the pool table.
What was wrong with what he said? Is saying they he didn’t want to meet with them so bad? Why? Is saying she was bleeding from a face-lift bad? Why?
