She is grunty and tenacious, but no match for top male players. Anyone built like that is not top tier for tennis as far as finesse & footspeed.

All this does is bring attention to the U.S. Open in Tennis that scheduled for late August.
Their viewership numbers must be down and this controversy would give it the boost they need to get that Advertising revenue numbers up.
This controversy of men vs women in sports should just go away because everyone who espouses it is after recognition.
Women and men should compete against their own gender and males (mediocre males) saying they feel they’re really females and competing against good female athletes and winning are just four flushers.

The greatest female sports performance I have ever seen was Jackie Joyner Kersee long jumping over 24 feet. That would win most men’s college meets.
On the other hand the men’s record is something like 31 feet. The long jump is one of those events where there are very few in the really top tier.
It is also widely believed that she was on steroids.
Just in case there are people who actually don’t know, Riggs easily beat women who were better than BJK at that time. He took a dive. Yes, the media was playing you way back then.
McEnroe was a brat but watching him and Borg play, he was one of the best ever.
In his day he would have beaten either of the Williams Sisters 6-0, 6-0 6-0.

Yes, Riggs beat Margaret Court who was ranked No. 1 at the time. He beat her easily too.
There is no way Billie Jean King would have challenged him unless she knew she would have the game handed to her. The fact that the game was played was enough to know it was rigged.
But that is not a fair comparison. Males are physically stronger due to 2 million years of evolution where they had to protect mothers of their children.
Note that more women graduate from colleges now-a-days than men.
