Vanity Fair has fact-checked the recent viral outrage over Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot supposedly being paid 46 times less than Man of Steel star Henry Cavill for their work on similar films.

It should be a promo Photo. So I hope it's alright.
I saw Wonder Woman this weekend.
LOVED it.
So the Fake News Media pushing this Fake News isn't a surprise at all.
Random musings...
1. I absolutely hate any genre the show pretend women as more fierce, stronger, faster, or more brutish than men. Women simply don’t have the raw strength to do what these fantasy movies show. They are absolutely preposterous and there is no amount of suspension of disbelief that makes these shows the slightest bit enjoyable.
2. “46 TIMES less”?? Gack, that’s at least 46 times worse than the “lose” / “loose” mixup.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but probably will. One thing I have liked about it is how during the 1000 or so interviews the actors and director did during the promotion of the film, they didn't make any political statements. I find that really refreshing, especially since almost all of the Marvel actors get political.
I don't see a lot of movies, and practically no television. But I see more of the movies where people just shut up and act, and do a quality job.
“Women simply dont have the raw strength to do what these fantasy movies show.”
Well it is a fantasy movie so they can make her as strong as they want.
Now if it had some basing on real life, then sure I agree with you then.
FAKE NEWS from idiots who have no idea how compensation (pay) in Hollywood works. Kind of shocked Vanity Fair (a notoriously leftist rag) got some of this right. Not surprised Zelle got it all wrong.
Elle. Sorry fat fingered on my iPhone.
It’s nice to see SJWs rallying in support of an Israeli.
“46 times less”? What does that even mean?
These people are terrible at their jobs.
As soon as they figure that out the tables will turn.
They photo-shopped bigger biceps and breasts and then air-brushed a nipple onto her bodice.
I enjoyed it very much.
Charlize Theron and five handmaidens defeated by two guys who are chained together.

The real scandal is that anyone would use the expression “forty-six times less.”
“Now it it had some basing on real life, then sure I agree with you then.”
I assume you don’t watch many contemporary movies. They are filled with female characters based on real life that can beat up multiple hulking men at the same time.
While on balance, you're probably right, there's a French teenage girl with whom I wouldn't want to fight...
Did you know that Ms. Gadot was 5 months pregnant during the shooting of this movie? They put one of those green motion control hankies over her abdomen to CGI a more Wonder Womanish tummy. But even so, how many people could jump on/off a horse or do the other stuff she did while halfway through a pregnancy? I saw WW with a friend when it first came out and we both loved it. My friend said it was the best movie she’d seen yet this year. It was extremely entertaining!
I saw Wonder Woman with my daughter. The only beef is, is the backstory. I just didn’t like the WWI back-story. Wonder Woman beating up German troops in the trenches? Just didn’t vibe, IMO> It should have been updated to the present and the villain should have been her arch-enemy Cheetah. But nevertheless it was a great movie.
I can't imagine what that would take.
The Movie itself was fantastic. As your friend said, the best movie of 2017 for me.
