Vanity Fair has fact-checked the recent viral outrage over Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot supposedly being paid 46 times less than Man of Steel star Henry Cavill for their work on similar films.

Despite Vanity Fairs explanation, the exaggerated facts, which were pushed by Elle Magazine, have since gone viral, with Teen Vogues Lauren Duca receiving over 10,000 retweets and 20,000 likes on an outraged Twitter post, which was also shared by Piers Morgan, who responded, Now THIS is sexism.

While I think it means he made 46 times more money than she did, I can't be sure. After all, these are "journalists" writing this drivel, not mathematicians.
One upside to the realization that fake news exists may be that nitwits won't be so knee-jerk about regurg'ing cherrypicked garbage that fits their tiny little world. Thanks KC_Lion .
