COVER-UP: GE handled Fukushimas nuclear reactor design, knew it was faulty so flawed it could lead to a devastating accident
Immelt is retiring soon. “Former GE CEO Jeff Immelt” is almost as good to hear as “former President Obama”
Oh, shit. I have GE pensions.
Our father worked for GE for 34 years. It was a source of pride that their pension plan was always fully funded. Immelt was always about himself.
GE is the most mismanaged company this side of Sears Holdings. The only great products GE makes are locomotives and airplane engines (still not as good as Pratt Whitney IMHO.)

“GE” stands for “Greedy Executives”.
Yes, Immelt has enriched himself at GE’s expense. I blame the Board of Directors and large share holders.
So the tsunami was a minor factor in all of this? Maybe you should read the reports about what actually happened. The Japanese have always discounted the hydrogen explosion aspect of an emergency. so I guess they were wrong that wasn’t a GE decision BTW.
Feel free to buy all the shares you want, I am only expressing my opinion. GLTA.
