So? How is that relevant to whether the shooting was justified? I’m not second guessing the jury either way, just asking why you think it was? The decision was based on actions. Basically the jury decided the cop legitimately feared for his life. Or at least there was a reasonable doubt that he had reason to fear.
I’m just flabbergasted that no one else seems to fear a world where a common traffic stop can turn into a death sentence in an instant.

When I am stopped by police I keep my hands where they can see them and say I HAVE A GUN. HERE IS WHERE IT IS. And I follow orders. I do not joke around. I do not invoke MLK. Do I like it? It's the inevitable race card. Bringing up slavery reminds the jury that OJ is one of them and that trumps justice in cracker court. Same thing is going to happen in Cosby's trial.
I hated when the black jury acquitted OJ, and then blacks everywhere celebrated.
We productive tax payers care because the feeble minded weak knee’d elected officials will always spend our hard-earned rebuilding the slums and making worthless loans to local businesses. As far as them killing each other, that works OK because, based on my local Baltimore research, over 90 per cent of the shooting victims have lengthy criminal records for violent crimes and possession with intent for CDS not marijuana. Each one killed saves society lots of money that would likely have been spent for future incarceration and free legal representation.
They’d better be ready for riots.

Really good question since judges routinely disallow any mention of the Constitution or Bill of Rights by defense attorneys.
