Full Title.............................The homes of rich people in Kensington should be SEIZED for Grenfell Tower residents made homeless by fire, says Corbyn....................................The homes of rich people in Kensington could be seized for Grenfell Tower residents made homeless by fire, Jeremy Corbyn said today.

Mr Corbyn said the London borough was a ‘tale of two cities’ between a wealthy south and a poor north.

He suggested that 'requisitioning' vacant properties would be a solution to the shortage of available accommodation for those displaced.

‘Properties must be found – requisitioned if necessary – in order to make sure that residents do get rehoused locally,' Mr Corbyn told a meeting of MPs.

‘How is it acceptable that in London you have luxury buildings and luxury flats kept empty as land banking for that future while homeless people look for somewhere to live?'

Fears were raised that green energy concerns were prioritised ahead of safety as it emerged that cladding used to make the building more sustainable could have accelerated the fire.

“Council-owned” is the British descriptor for public housing. The money spent on renovation may have pleased greens with its energy savings, but the cost may reach 100 lives or more.

No, actually this is right out of the communist revolution handbook. I seem to remember this scene from Dr Zivago

Absolutely. And where does Mr. Corbyn live? Seize his property, as well. And #10 Downing St. And Buckingham Palace. And let’s build a tent city in Hyde Park while we’re at it. And scoop up every Marks and Spencer in the greater London area for housing the displaced and, heck, all other homeless on the British Isles. May need to make some room in the Underground. The presently-occupying homeless can just scooch over.

Greenies will blame the rich-too easy. Explaining their culpability requires the processing of information-too much work. The videos explain it all. It should never have spread that fast in this day and age unless gasoline were spread on the floors and sprinkler system sabotaged(middle of the night). It spread too fast on the OUTSIDES of the building. I thought those things happen only in 3rd world countries.

People from the projects truck attacked one bridge too many and finally, in return real British people burn down their projects.

The two sides understand each other more and more clearly.

Exactly why the billionaires are creating havens in remote locations nowhere near the big cities, if you are to believe a recent posting from Forbes.

So because of the government run substandard housing burned up due to the government’s ineptitude pushing green solutions over saftey, other people should pay for what was clearly the government’s fault.

Awesome, if I were a poor bloke in that neighborhood I’d be setting my flat on fire just to get some high-end vacant property assigned to me...

yeah, this won’t end well.
