Twitter helped make Donald Trump president. It may also lead to his impeachment.
The president values Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram as ways to bypass a hostile media and express his thoughts directly and authentically. But there is a difference between tweeting as a candidate for president and tweeting as the president. And there have been plenty of times since January when his Twitter habit has diverted President Trump from his message and agenda.

"Comey's testimony was a very skilled lawyer making the case by implication that the president obstructed justice by directing him to drop the Flynn investigation, then firing him after he had failed to do so. And Comey will of course make the same case in his deposition to his friend Bob Mueller. Who will combine that testimony with Trump's other questionable interactions with members of his cabinet when he reports his findings to the Justice Department and Congress."
The article says that the purpose of Comey's testimony was to plant the seeds of obstruction of justice for Mueller and the Democrats to use against Trump.
The fake Russia investigation creates the confusion and Mueller and the Democrats start impeachment proceedings.

Ain’t happening. Quite the contrary, Trump now has good reason to cancel the special investigator. Case is closed.

Muller worked with Comey on his testimony = Muller will construct a case of obstruction of justice

Someone is trying to sell newspapers. What POTUS said was nothing near obstruction. On top of which, there is no proof anyone said anything to anyone. Heck, they are memos that no one has seen.
Additionally, the POTUS has the right to fire anyone in the executive office for any reason or no reason. He was also fired on the recommendation of the deputy attorney general for poor performance handling the Clinton email scandal.

This brought to you by the party / paper that murdered Seth Rich.
No there’s no proof of that either, but both statements get attention.

LOL. Matthew Continetti unwittingly displays what SCUM these MSM churnalists are. Continetti (and all of DC/journalists/politicians) knows that Robert Mueller and James Comey are close personal friends. Yet, no one in the MSM (or Congress) is raising an outcry and objecting that Mueller was offered and ACCEPTED a special investigative position which he clearly should have declined on grounds of personal conflict of interest.

Mueller is supposed to handle an investigation that has to evaluate, in part, the work and assertions of his personal friend Comey. Mueller's friend who is in open conflict with the POTUS. Total conflict of interest for Mueller.

    What a crock.
I’m sure there are tapes, because I would not be surprised to learn that the Oval Office is bugged. Probably the only place President Trump can hold a private conversation is one of his own golf courses.
