A Michigan apple grower who posted on Facebook that he wouldnt allow gay couples to get married at his farm filed a lawsuit against the city of East Lansing on Wednesday after he was shut out of an outdoor farmers market.
The city said Stephen Tennes wasnt invited back to the market because vendors must follow its civil rights ordinance, which bars discrimination. Tennes alleges that the citys actions violate his rights to free speech and religion.
Tennes farm, 22 miles away from East Lansing in Eaton County, is a popular place to have weddings. In a Facebook post in December, he said he believes in heterosexual marriage and reserves the right to reject weddings that conflict with his beliefs.

That’s all right. I hadn’t seen it.
The LBGT lobby wanted same sex marriage not for the sake of marriage, but for the sake of legal power. There is a growing list of people who are legally persecuted by the LBGT lobby. Ultimately, some LBGTs want to do away with marriage altogether.
They are, of course, supported by the left. Hey hey, ho ho; Western Civ has got to go...
Yep, we have an absolute right in this country to freely express the views of the Democrat National Committee. Any other views, of course, are hate speech, and therefore can righteously be rejected and the speakers penalized in any form and fashion that liberals choose.
I don’t think this went far enough, East Lansing needs to go a whole lot further to punish someone for their opinion, let’s grow even more support for conservative viewpoints.
This is a link to an article from 4/6/15 that lists LBGT persecutions of anyone who doesn’t toe the line.

We live in a free country, right, the greatest nation on earth.
Things are not right when this kind of stuff goes on.
Live and Let Live.
Prosecuting and persecuting people over gay marriage will rebound on those doing it.
Do onto others what you would do unto yourself, so to speak.
They were right. Now what? d:^|
You must obey the State religion or else.
And you thought that we still had freedom of speech! Silly you!
Yup. Once known as “the love that dare not speak its name” has become the love that won’t stfu.
