Washington, D.C. lobbyist and attorney Jack Burkman is filing a lawsuit Wednesday to force the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) to release information regarding the murder of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich.
“The release of this crucial material will help bring peace to the victim’s family, and it will help to either confirm or refute the various theories that swirl about this important murder case,” the lawsuit says.
Rich, 27, was the voter expansion data director at the DNC, according to Roll Call, and had been employed for two years. Rich also worked on a computer application to help voters locate polling stations, and had just accepted a job with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
According to MPD reports, officers patrolling the Bloomingdale neighborhood heard gunshots around 4:20 a.m. on the morning of July 10, 2016. Officers discovered a “conscious and breathing” Rich at 2100 Flagler Place in northwest Washington, D.C.
Police have not yet solved the case, and have closely guarded information regarding his murder from the press. “We don’t want this investigation playing out in the press,” an MPD spokeswoman told The Daily Caller News Foundation May 23.
Police said that they found his wallet, credit cards and cellphone on his body. The band of his wristwatch was torn but not broken. The current theory maintains that the shooters panicked after shooting Rich and immediately fled the scene.
While police have refused to divulge information on the case, TheDCNF obtained the public incident report, which revealed that at least three responding officers were wearing body cameras. When TheDCNF reached out to the police for information regarding the presence of body cams or surveillance footage near the scene of the crime, the department refused to confirm or deny the existence of surveillance footage.

Rich survives, is taken to the hospital ALIVE, and for some reason has police "guarding" his room.
THEN he dies.
Nobody involved with his care is allowed to speak about that, and in fact anyone asking simple questions is labeled a kook and may lose their jobs over it.
Even the stupidest democrat, and I repeat myself HAS to find just about everything about his murder "off" just a tad.
And why was he operated on by a doctor with connections to John Podesta?
Have the D.C. police advised or provided the community there with any updates or case status? If not why not?
It is time to change the narrative and establish a new news cycle and top story.

Shot several times in the back, in view of surveillance cameras, purportedly by 2 Hispanic males who were murdered themselves the next day.
The investigation into that double murder is also shutdown.
Where is the cops body camera footage and the feeds from close to ten surveillance cameras operating in the area at the time of Seth Rich’s shooting?
What did he say to the cops, he was still alive when they found him.
What does the autopsy report say, were his wounds fatal or did he die en route to hospital

Rafael Aguilar and Carmelo Marmolejo-Calixto are found dead in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with “gunshot wounds to vital organs”, 434 miles from where Seth was shot 24 hours earlier, a 7 hour drive.
Their murder also remains unsolved, the case cold.

FBI confiscated every camera they could find from the bar to his house no telling what is on them.
The FBI didn't even get involved in the Vince Foster case until Star started his investigation.
The D.C. Park police had full reign.
Most likely Hillary hired the attorney to “Fact Check” the conspiracy theory, so it will show up in history as having resolved once and for all and she can stuff this skeleton back in the closet with all the others
