A whole host of celebrities have come forward to offer their support to Ariana Grande after 22 people were killed and more than 50 injured following a terrorist attack after her concert at Manchester Arena last night.
Ariana is understandably devastated after 22 of her fans lost their lives at her show, tweeting that she is broken and so, so sorry following the attack.
Miley publicly reached out to Ariana.
Whilst many have been paying tribute to the victims of the tragic event and their loved ones, stars such as Miley Cyrus, Ke$ha and Demi Lovato have spoken out to publicly offer support to Ariana directly following her ordeal.
Sharing a photo of herself and Ariana hugging, Miley led the support as she wrote: Wishing I could give my friend @arianagrande a great big hug right now love love love you.
So sorry you had to be a part of such a tragic event! My most sincere condolences to anyone and everyone affected by this horrific attack! All I can do is send as much HOPE & PEACE your way! This MUST end! No more war No more innocent lives taken L-O-V-E [sic].
Demi has also shared her support for her friend. More Demi followed suit, also sharing a photo of herself and Ariana on Instagram, writing: Im so sorry you had to go through this Ari This isnt fair and nobody should have to go through this.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and the victims. I love you so so so much [sic].
Kesha also paid tribute to Ariana and her fans, writing: Praying for my old friend Ari for her, her touring crew, her fans and their families love to Ariana and the Arianators.
Im so sorry. Kind of speechless, not sure what to say but my heart is with all of you [sic].
The heartfelt messages come after it was reported that Ariana had indefinitely suspended her world tour, pulling out of her concert at Londons O2 Arena on Thursday with plans to reschedule the rest of her European dates.
An official announcement is yet to be made.
Pretty much the definition of adding insult to injury.
Oh, so who gives a flying fig about the victims and their families....poor Ariana has a sad!
Poor Ariana. /s
miss ‘I hate america’ needs some cry cry time... http://people.com/music/manchester-terrorist-attack-ariana-grande-home-florida-family/
Everyone who was in that crowd must be shaken, but her more so. She has said some stupid things in the past -- she's still young and a bit on the immature side, growing up as a child star. None of that matters at the current moment.
She didn't deserve this, and neither did her fans. If other celebs she knows want to reach out to support her, that's a good thing.
These people bring the meaning of ‘vacuous’ to a whole new level!
See hated America and found that it’s no so great elsewhere.
This is the b-word that said she wished her fans would “f-—— die”.
Well, she got her wish.
Poor Airy-anna.
She might need an extra-long massage and some shrimp.
Maybe she’ll get a cut of the insurance money. That’ll help.
Slut.
It’s fine that others are supporting Ariana based on this tragedy.
I seriously hope she cuts the anti-American rhetoric out completely since it panders to the very people that murdered those innocent fans of hers.
Is everyone here at FR feeling as ambivalent as I?
This was a ghastly terrible act targeting children. One step away from going after a Chuck-E-Cheese.
Before this, I never heard of Ariana Grande. Her songs will now probably go unbelievably north from the publicity.
As part of my due diligence, I even looked at some of he videos. Her performance and songs are pure slut. She is 1% short of miley cyrus and in the madonna territory.
How is it possible this is a young girl role model? Her fan base is prepubescent little girls. Do these little girls have parents? Parents who care? I would say no.
OK I have voiced my ambivalence on probably the only forum in the world that would not lynch me as a heretic.
100% guarantee I have NO equanimity on the following: payers for the souls of the dead and hurt and their families and loved ones. No one should have to experience this. No one. Ever.
God bless.
Did they also offer support to the families of the dead?
maybe she will appreciate America a bit more now... Ariana Grande: “I Hate Americans. I Hate America.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cb3i1dejBsI
she sure did. karma is a witch aint it? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2760170/Ariana-Grande-said-hoped-fans-f-ing-die.html
Worst typeo EVER.
PRAYERS!!! Not “payers.” I am not that cynical and I take my communications with the Lord quite seriously.
Seriously, they are superstar liberals, they don't worry about the little people.
“It’s all about our feeeewings.”
They might offer her some talent but they have none to give.
