At work we on occasion have what we call “Cheap Cookie Day” when each in turn will bring in a couple packages of cheap knock off brand cookies to share at the lunch/break table.
Pretty much every knock off brand of cheap cookies are just as good as Nabisco Oreo cookies.
Oreos are an overpriced cheap cookie.
Hydrox weren’t even a knockoff of Oreos. They were the original and Oreo was the knockoff.
The company stopped making them some years ago, someone else has brought them back. Don’t know what the product is like these days.

I agree. And a really sad thing is all the products that have Oreos in them: ice cream, pies, specialty milk shakes, etc., etc. Yuck!
