Trump has the market cornered on rope. He has a lot of it out there and is now just starting to pull some of it back. You must remember, he is not reactive in nature and a master at provocation. Goes back to the old saying of when people are intent on being fools, get out of the way so none of it gets on you. The only thing required is to make sure they are contained and they are mired in the swamp.

Everything I've read on McCabe is bad news. He's in charge of the Hillary investigation? No wonder nothing has happened.
Get rid of him and, as Jay Sekulow has stated, absolutely start over from scratch re the Hillary Clinton investigation - the many investigations re the email/server scandal involving at least sixteen laws and then start on the Clinton Foundation - quid pro quo, money laundering, tax evasion, RICO, possibly selling secrets, you name it.

I suspect that Trump is simply letting McCabe braid his own hanging rope. Why did Trump wait so long to fire Comey? Perhaps because Sessions recused himself after the long fight to get him through Confirmation? Trump then had to wait for his Deputy to go through Confirmation.
