Worth it?
Where exactly does Billions go from here?
Beginning of Season 3 has a very depressed Chuck Rhoades watching TV on Election Night as Donald Trump wins the Presidency. A few scenes later, Chuck is fired by new AG Jeff Sessions.
It’s a good show. Chuck learns how to play the game. His dad was using him, his wife was already working for Axe.
Absolutely insane outcome.
Not as long as the tuna show is on.
Most watchable? Doubtful. It would have to be more watchable than I love Lucy, Burns and Allen, My Three Sons, Perry Mason, which can all be seen fifty years later.
I haven’t seen any of this yet. Sounds like the real life I’m investigating.
JFK Declassified: Tracking Oswald ,every 5 minutes that guy Bob Baer tells you he worked for the CIA which ends up being most the program ,LOL
Holy cow! Paul Giamatti is in this? Now I’ll have to check it out.
New binge material.
Nope. It’s “The Rifleman”.
I’ve never heard of it but from the description it sounds atrocious.
Easily the most interesting show I have watched in a long time.
I saw season 1 when I had Showtime and liked it, then dropped Showtime. Last week I find that that the first 4 seasons are on Amazon and have been addicted since. Last night I did 4 miles on my treadmill watching the show.
One of the most interesting characters on the show is brilliant Binary person Taylor Mason. I am not sure what to make of “Her”, but she intrigues me. I will have to research the n=binary term a little more. Her obvious high IQ and the fact she puts up with no BS is more than interesting.
Axe is just unreal, he makes J.R. Ewing look like a choir boy, and playing in his sandbox is not for the faint of heart.
Now Rhoades, he is the Cliff Barnes of this saga ,and is certainly more cunning and savey than Barnes ever was, but he has his armor chinks, one being his addiction of S&M Domination where even his wife is a participant. His obsession with Axe will be his downfall, it’s way too emotional.
All in all a great show and I like the character Wags a great deal also.
