He is describing the Hell that has become the 21st Century:
Although Macrons victory and Moons [South Korea] likely triumph will likely be portrayed as a return of electoral politics to the globalist mainstream a reversal of the Brexit/Trump trend they are actually the opposite. Both are attempts to solve challenges that have baffled the elite.
Hillary Clinton in her latest attempt to reinvent herself revealed an off-beat turn. Ive spent decades learning about what it would take to move our country forward, including people who clearly didnt vote for me. To try to make sure that we dealt with a lot of these hard issues that are right around the corner, like robotics and artificial intelligence, and things that are really going to be upending the economy, for the vast majority of Americans, to say nothing of the rest of the world. So, Im now back to being an activist citizen, and part of the resistance. [Italics are in the original]
Macron is going down the same old, same old. Globalization, social media, scientific revolutions are still taking the world order apart. At least Hillarys at the point where shes changing the talking points to see what happens. The hurricane which began with Brexit and Trump, far from dying down, is amping up as the local elections in Britain suggest. The working class has been orphaned by the Left and Macron claims to be the Center. The winds are coming from another quarter. [and they carry with them the smell of smoke and burning flesh

Good point, Skypilot. I read recently that over 40% of the French people work for the Government. So you bet, that was key.
Another factor: supporting a self-reliant ideology is not enough. You also need to be super-smart and cunning to beat entrenched Lefists.
Trump's business savvy, flexibility, and street-smarts allowed him to win. Thank God, he found enough true Americans to pull him over the finish line.
The socialists will hate him, he really doesn’t have any base that really likes him, the only reason he won was because of who he ran against.
What's French for "Kerensky"?
> Fighting the muzzie at the front door and letting him in via the kitchen door. <
And that’s all on George W. Bush. He framed the narrative right after 9/11: “Islam is peace”.
> Venezuela, I suspect, will find their way out at some point. Not so, I suspect, the French. <
Banana republics like Venezuela still have the military coup as an option. That will be their way out.
I see no way out for France.
Her niece Marion Le Pen is a member of the French parliament, and a rising star. She'd make an excellent candidate the next time around. But I suppose the EU elites would smear her as well.
Hillary? Robotics? A/I?
Her team probably polls tech types......then make tapes of things Hillary has to say to remain relevant.
TOO BAD......ITS’S NOT WORKING.
Good points.....and as I observe Trump in action, seems to me he operates more like a trained anthropologist ......
..... he is extremely so adept at picking the issues and managing the public conversation....
...... he has abundant knowledge of what makes people tick........
......and his timing is superb.
The Left, such as actors (wannabe actors, i.e., media), artists, poets, most women, all live their lives guided by emotions. In contrast to Conservatives, including some women, think critically and act rationally, the Left operate almost exclusively through emotions.
Think of some of the Left’s most sacred axioms, “Follow your heart.” “Believe in yourself.” “Learn to love yourself.”
Therefore, the Left is easily manipulated via emotional appeal. Lacking critical reasoning ability, anything that contains emotionally pleasing harmonies, despite otherwise obvious destructive results, are quickly - and passionately - adopted by the left leaning people.
How else do otherwise rational people vote for and “love” Hugo Chavez? How else do otherwise rational people fall hopelessly in love with a neophyte Barrack Obama? How else do otherwise rational people support their own demise in Switzerland and Germany?
We are in the midst of a great deception led and sustained by those who live their lives through emotion and without rational thinking.
Exactly! Great summation!
;)
They need caretakers.
And based on the French election, there are still more in France who fear the new future than there are those who are ready for it.
Nevertheless, as in all of human history, the advance of technology cannot be stopped. To borrow and old phrase, Join or Die.
If Islam is peace, why do we have to fight them at home and all over the world?
Her interest in robotics is probably personal, as her body is broken and needs replacement. She can just upload herself into her new, artificial body!
I think we have bigger problems in America than muzzies. Lou Dobbs on Fox had a professor explaining how the Norks are capable(and perhaps even preparing) to destroy us with an EMP. Not funny at all. A live nuke in the backyard would be preferable.
