A fantasy fanatic has spent more than £25,000 on plastic surgery as he wants to become a real-life elf. Luis Padron, 25, from Buenos Ares, Argentina, became obsessed with the world of elves, angels and fantasy beings after being bullied as a child.He became determined to look like his favourite otherworldly characters and started bleaching his hair and skin.

"The doctors who perform this surgery are as crazy as the patient. Re-open asylums & lock them up!" Or, we might assume that, while the patients are crazy, the doctors are money-hungry and unethical, doing expensive surgery on tissues and organs which are normal, i.e. not deformed, diseased or injured. Non-therpeutic surgery. So, for the patients: in-patient psychiatric. For the doctors: jail.
