Looking again, I will probably have to leave out the Gorgonzola and add more Feta.
(How can a husband love Feta, but dislike anything ‘blue’? I’ve never figured it out.)
I like feta and I can’t eat bleu either. But some feta is even too strong for me. Another great one in salads but milder than feta is queso fresca or however it is spelled. In the deli section of stores here, a Mexican cheese that crumbles like feta.
