FULL TITLE: 'Hit me!' The shocking moment an American Airlines flight attendant challenges a passenger to a FIGHT after 'hitting a crying mother in struggle over her baby's stroller'
A shocking video has emerged showing an American Airlines employee challenging a passenger to a fight after allegedly hitting a woman with a stroller on a domestic flight.
The upsetting footage, filmed shortly before Flight 591 departed from San Francisco on Friday afternoon, shows the airline employee goading a passenger and saying, 'hit me'.
The clip was uploaded by passenger Surain Adyanthaya, who explained he started filming after the flight attendant 'violently took a stroller from a lady with her baby on my flight, hitting her and just missing the baby'.
Adyanthaya went on to explain: 'They just in-voluntarily escorted the mother and her kids off the flight and let the flight attendant back on, who tried to fight other passengers. The mom asked for an apology and the AA official declined.'
In the video, a woman is seen standing at the front of the airplane as she is holding a child in her arms.

"...people need to stop flying for a week..."
“Stop making the airliners cattle cars. More room, less people.”

Well, like all things in life, you get what you pay for (or, for some, what other people pay for).
You want more room? Pay for it; fly first class.
Yes, but violently taking it and in the process hitting mom and nearly hitting the baby?
There are 2 eyewitness accounts to back that version up - the statement quoted by the lady who began filming, and the passenger on the tape.
you can get those flying out of anywhere... Charlotte, NC... Raleigh... Phoenix... Midway (Chicago)... Atlanta... Denver... etc... usually they are nice... in my experience... sometimes you do come across employees who just do not care about their customers...
ditto...
So correct. Air travel is a mess. Their employees hate the airlines and its customers almost as much as we hate them and their entire process. And throw the TSA into the mix and it is a nightmare.
Bullspit! Creepy AA employee deserved to be called out. READ the statement by the airline which admits poor customer service. Quit defending the airline nazis.
Heard a joke on the radio - I forget which comedian it was. He explained that Southwest Airlines fired a pilot who attempted to bring a loaded handgun onto a flight in his carry-on luggage. “The pilot was immediately hired by United Airlines.....”
It's disgusting. I was raised to honor women and protect children. I was raised to hold doors, carry heavy loads for those older than I or for those struggling to do so. I was taught to watch my language around women and children and to never, ever dishonor the family name. If my parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles were alive and were to see me do those things, I'd have been likely beaten to a pulp.
What the heck has happened to people.
I think he was a stand-up guy, so to speak.
So when airlines have not made profits, sometimes for years at a time, how does that affect your premise?
I must have missed where airlines started adding in extra service and benefits for airline travelers; most of the news stories at the time simply said airlines were cutting costs.
Well said.
What’s the first rule of flying United?
You don’t talk about flying United.
you are right— I would have dome the same thing, if I was the passenger. You can’t just clobber a lady and a kid.. btw I think the fake dr. passenger got what he deserved in that other incident...
American Airlines flight attendant accused of whacking mom with stroller

you are probably right, the employee is a gay dude who hates women
And, what is up with no man offering to help the woman with her burden of a child on each hip? She was clearly stressed and struggling. I just don’t get it. I am beginning to feel like an anachronism in these times.
The thing I am defending here is truth. I have not made up my mind on the AA employee, but I am not rushing to judgement based on a report that has at least one lie in it.
