He was pardoned but the conviction still stands. Not as if it was expunged. I think that’s right.

Not in MA. Because he died before his appeal was heard, it is likely that his conviction will be vacated.

That said, he would have been cut for missing practice and games. He did not fulfill his end of the contract.

I don’t have a problem with his estate going to his victim and his daughter. She was the only innocent in the whole mess.

He is clear.

He did not have a chance to exaust his appeals.

Either way the Pats would appeal to the League... and win. The will not have to pay.
