All along part of the "reasons" used to blame Assad is that ISIS doesn't have the capabilities to acquire or launch a chemical attack.
I'm wondering if ISIS leadship is being killed off. Assuming ISIS did use chemical weapons, it's a real dumb move to use them in a place where it's obviously them and not Assad who's responsible.
Trump has established the appropriate response for using chemical weapons. Now that ISIS is using them in Iraq (if that is what has taken place), we can now expect a “proportionate” response from POTUS. MOAB?
I do not think ISIS are smart, just committed. Sometimes a committed foe is as dangerous, if not more so, then a smart well equipped fighting force.
