I’ve worked for family owned private companies and public companies where the CEO had members of his family working. In my experience nepotism is bad for the organization, the leadership, and the family member regardless of whether the family member is competent or not.
The reality is Jared Kushner and daughter Ivanka do not have a monopoly on moderate and leftwing points of view. Trump can hire plenty of people around Washington to balance Bannon. The NYT and WP and CNN will give him plenty of left wing perspective.
Jared and Ivanka have no experience in government, politics, the military, or foreign affairs. They bring no credibility, gravitas, or expertise to the party no matter how smart and intelligent they may be. Press reports that Ivanka convinced Trump to bomb Syria due to children dying do not strengthen the president with supporters or opponents. Jared prancing around in a suit in Iraq with the military in Iraq does not help Trump with voters disappointed he isn’t getting healthcare reformed, taxes lowered, the budget completed, the wall built, or spending reduced. Certainly Ivanka’s advocacy for a big new entitlement, government paid child care, is a huge distraction and irritant when health insurance premiums are out of sight and those of us buying health insurance in the individual market in some states are looking at the prospect there will be no providers in our state in 2018 (down to 1 now).
Send Kushner and Ivanka back to New York where they can run their businesses and party with the liberal elites like Ivanka’s buddy Chelsea Clinton.
Just another of the daily hit pieces on Trump, his administration or his family other with no other purpose than to cause the predicted consternation among the purists.

Trump has cut billions of dollars of regulations, selected an originalist for SCOTUS, wiped the climate change propaganda off the agenda and dramatically reduced illegal immigration and continues to stand by his pledge to cut taxes and build the wall despite outrageous opposition within his own party.
It's pathetic you're not thanking God that Trump was elected.
I can’t think of a more foolish move that the President could make than to dump Steve Bannon. It would be a devastating sign that he has turned his back those who elected him. He’d better get his head straight, or he will lose real support—not just phony favorability ratings.

Spanish was not heard even in American border towns. The idea of a national Spanish language TV network would be considered absurd.

Bannon was appointed as Chief exec of the campaign in August 2016 after Manafort had done his job and left.
Support or not, most of Trump’s positions were crafted before Bannon came on the scene as a chief advisor.
I don’t see how Bannon moving on would change those initial positions because Trump already had them.
