Not if you speak French (like the Millennium Bomber); Quebec is so desperate to retain “French culture” that they substituted “French language” for it. Not that they haven’t been warned; in 1989 “Marc Lepine” (real name: Gamil Gharbi, the son of a Quebecois mother and Algerian father) killed 14 women in a shooting at a college in Montreal. They can pretend he was French or Canadian; he was Algerian through and through.

Parts of Cape Breton Island are. such as the Northwest and Northeast coastal areas.
The Bra’ D’or lakes area are quite calm, but its cold there most of the year.
Is that a typo or is it another word people who text have created? I worry about this new dumbed down texting language because then people start using them on forums and in their everyday language which makes them sound less than intelligent.
We don't need nor want a new dialect in the Engish language in my humble opinion. If one is created we would find ourselves speaking different languages. Just a personal pet peeve I guess...
