Saw PT for last time in my home. Went from 85 degrees on Tuesday to 87. Was walking down stairs this morning and accidently led down with my good leg, thus stretching my recovering knee to the max. Pain level was about a 3, so all in all not bad. I was quite smug and took an afternoon nap instead of working out on the stationary bike. Back to it tonight, but I wanted a reward.
Maybe to a blind sheikh!.................I hear she has a bad BO problem......................
It sounds like you are doing great at recovering your range of motion-rewards are good...
Hillary is really overweight, but is reputed not to shower as often as most people-the more fat, the more sweat-no wonder she smells bad...
