Too young to know about the early 80s Camaros.
Were they not fast?

I sure hope at least one of the three people involved thought to go buy a Lotto Ticket when this was all said and done.

One other thought.
Was the Guy such a loser that he didn’t want to go through the trouble of picking up the other Girlfriend at the Airport himself?
Apparently some Women have no expectations.

I guess that was one of the things the guy didn't contemplate. What would be the odds that his girlfriend, who drives for Uber, would go to the airport and pick up the inbound girl and bring her to his apartment? I actually think that is far better odds than winning a lottery. He might have gone to the airport himself, but he risked being seen if he did, and doubly risked being seen with woman number two.
My guess is that he will move on with his life, and attract another girl he can try to bamboozle.

A bottle is nitrous. The late 70’s, early 80’s Z28 cars were in the 175hp range. 17 sec 1/4 mile. Slugs.

Not really. Had an early 80’s Z. 5.0 liter four speed. Compared to others of the time I suppose it was. The the muscle car era ended around 73. It wasn’t until the 90’s that they’d worked out how to put HP back with all the pollution controls and CAFE standards in place.

"Plus EVERYBODY knows you pass your boyfriends/girlfriends house to check for the car when they say theyre going away." I have checked the homes of friends and relatives before when I knew they would be away for an extended period of time. This guy couldn't think that far.
