When you go to work for this woman you know (or should know) what you are getting into.
When you go to work for a brothel, or a strip club, you know (or should know) what you are getting into.
When you go to work for a Catholic organization you know (or should know) what you are getting into.
Employees should have no standing to waste the court’s time complaining about reality.
Take this further. A self-employed pharmacist can choose what he will or will not sell a customer. But a CVS employee has to sell what CVS carries and tells him to sell.
A self-employed baker can choosewhat to sell or not sell. But the employee of a corporate bakery must sell what his employer tells him to sell.
Of course, an employer can negotiate a special agreement with one or all of his employees where the employee is allowed to make exceptions to the employer’s standard policy.
