In 2016, Hillary was the obvious, inevitable and unstoppable candidate. She'd already won the coming election, you know. Therefore, nothing could be allowed to stop her, and any discussion of her health was just off the table.

In 2020? If Elizabeth Warren is "inevitable"? Or someone else? The media may just notice that Hillary has health problems. It might turn out to be front-page news.
