I have been following his lectures on YouTube and his Twitter account. He is brilliant and is being targeted by the snowflake mafia. Every Freeper should follow this story and offer him whatever support they can.
That’s an insult to the Mafia :)
What horrifying is that it is being pushed on the VERY young.
My niece, who is 13, watched a video at school that talked about the fight to get rid of genders, the right for a person to use the bathroom that fits who they “feel” they are and worse.
My sisters flipped out as did many others and the school promised to stop showing such garbage.
But the seed is being planted everywhere that these are REAL matters to be taken seriously.
I hope a peaceful election was enough to turn the tide of the country, but even under The Great One, things weren’t nearly as insane socially as they are now.
The poster in post #2 says “Someone’s” pronouns.
So how do they know it’s a “someone” and not an entity with multiple personalities?
I think this is grossly unfair to assume that such individuals (in singular or several physical bodies) are necessarily suffering from a “disorder.”
They could be simply manifesting a greater identity spectrum than those who conveniently fit into the parochial, patriarchal, binary-breeder, single being per body stereotypical norm.
(It’s really hard to type stuff like that. My fingers want to laugh.)
The Imgur article you posted is not an article, but a compilation of mismatched photos from different and unrelated stories. The Imgur post was copied from articles which had been published on various news sites beginning in September 2016.
This thread you posted in News forum is not “News” and has been moved to our Chat forum because the blog chatter on Imgur had merely copied various photos, and ripped off the info from various news sources without attributing any of it other than to him or herself. Plagiarism is not something one expects to find on conservative Free Republic.
The title, source, link, author’s name and date all had to be changed to match the earliest source of publication.
The photo you posted in #2 is actually from an unrelated article about a high school teacher, and not a photo from nor related to the original September 2016 article about the University of Toronto Professor. Your post in #2 will be removed.

Wish I had such an insightful and dedicated professor when I was in college over 30 years ago...I would have paid more attention instead of just going for the piece of paper (Universities in the 80’s were infiltrated with leftist pap too)

Do not forget, Canada passed the equivalent of an ERA . We have a country full of kick ass women who seal the deal on political correctness jingistic no think. Canada’s politicians are often elected only because they have nice hair, and who are nothing because they are everything to everybody. As a result Canada has never been unified economically.
Canada also has a Department of Indigenous and Northern Affairs ( formerly the Dept. of Indian Affairs) that still is a colonial institution ruled by political correctness, not law.
Canada desperately needs to become a democratic republic with a constitution similar to the USA. Its a dictatorship of parliamentary democracy without a truly functioning monarchy to protect the People who only have privileges rather than inalienable rights, and so the people of Canada are actually politically enslaved by a political myth of monarchy.

I love listening to Jordan Peterson. He is doing a lecture series this year on the stories of The Bible. It is 25 weeks, one night a week attendance. If it wasn’t in the horrible city of Toronto, I would have attended. It will likely be online as well, but it would have been good to meet him.
Gee, from 16 on, I wish I could have showered with a college’s female volleyball players!
Visit his youtube site and listen to some of his lectures. They are fascinating and describe how societies spiral into totalitarianism.

Thanks for the link, AM. I believe the Imgurl link is probably an update on the Sept story as it references occurrences on March 18th. Either way the poor guy has been getting guff for quite a while.
Thanx for the video link, hadn’t seen that one. Brave man. But it’s a sad commentary on the state of the world that speaking common sense is a brave thing to do.
