Stay Safe. Stay Warm.
Rochester here.
A few flakes but nothing yet.
Gov Malloy (CT) closed all CT roads until further notice starting at 0500.
What this means:
You get in an accident not even your fault and your insurance does not have to pay. In fact your own insurance company can sue you in addition to the other party insurance company.
You get in an accident 100% the other persons fault and they are an authorized road user you can be sued into total bankruptcy by the other party and your insurance company won’t back you.
You have no healthcare insurance if you get in an accident when you are not authorized to be on a state closed road.
Life insurance MAY not have to pay your estate if you get killed as this can argued as a form of suicide.
I’l bet you thought closing state roads was to protect it’s citizens and not the insurance companies didn’t you?
Well, its not blizzarding in Buffalo, must be Syracuse east.
Pearl River NY, Rockland County (just northwest of those heathens in Staten Island)
I live near Bangor, Maine. We are expected the storm to hit about 12 noon and have about a foot of snow 12 hours later.
At least a foot, the forecast is 1-3 inches per hour and 40-50 mile an hour winds.
I grew up in Lyons, just north of Geneva. I went to school at RIT. Can you tell me the village you live in? I’m just curious.
(Now I’m a Kansas family man! LOL)
