Good grief.

Nobody needs "studies" to know that having your sleep cycle disputed twice a year is bad for you.

It's almost as if the clowns in charge want the public to be permanently groggy.

Gaining an hour of sunlight. I’m sure you’ve heard this one before, but only the government would think that you can cut six inches off the top of a pole, and attach it to the bottom of the pole and result in a longer pole.

we should just stay on it all year

Or off of it, I dont care. Getting up with the sunrise at 4AM would be interesting in the summer.

Not a fan of DST. My Dad said they had double DST during WWII.

I was with a co-worker today who was complaining about how much his body gets screwed up by DST. He’s many years younger than me. No kidding Jack.

It’s an idea who’s time has went.

Get rid of it.

It has no effect on my sleep patterns. My bedroom is as dark as a cave no matter what time of day it is. This is intentional and it is the way I like it.

An alarm clock is a wonderful thing.

Spring forward? Go to bed an hour earlier on Saturday night. Fall back? Thank you Ben Franklin.

If that's the case, I should have been dead in 1984, when I spent half my time in New York, half my time in Chicago, and the other half of my time flying between the two cities!

Actually the Fall “Fall back” is no problem. You get good sleep.

The “Spring Forward” is a killer.

This is actually good news....

Studies "have found that the time change interrupts sleep cycles, causing fatigue, lack of productivity and sadness,"

Coming so close after Pres. Trump's victory, this doubles up what already exists and should pretty much kill the HilloryRATS, snowflakes and nevertrumpers

Simple solution would be to have DST all year long.

Quite jerking around with time changes.

They need to stretch the daylight hours during the winter. It stinks going to work in the dark in the morning and coming home in the dark after work.

Either that or give us all 6 months off every year.

It's almost as if the clowns in charge want the public to be permanently groggy.

Nearly 200 years ago, the economist/philosopher Frederic Bastiat created the idea of "opportunity cost" and "externalities" i.e.) totally unconsidered and uncalculated costs and problems, caused by asinine government intervention and manipulation.

its one concept that is ignored or loathed by socialists, marxists and social engineers of all types.

An hour you don’t have to use electricity for artificial light every day adds up, no wonder a energy company wants to put an end to that. Frankly, I don’t like it getting dark at 5 p.m, and light at 4 a.m. so I like DST.

We don’t do it out here in AZ. In the middle of the summer the last thing we want to do is “save” daylight.

I do wish they would shorten it to the 3 summer months. I don’t like watching NFL games, drinkin beer at 10am.

I used to work at a place where a number of people worked rotating shifts. They complained about it, but not a single one died from it.

I have had a few 12-hour jetlags, and guess what? After a few days, you readjust and you go on with your life.

This is horse****.

Same thing happens every year. I do just like they say, at 2:00 AM Sunday morning I turn the clocks back one hour....BUT then 2:00 AM comes up again and I have to start all over. Come church time, I have to abandon the project and reset to the time my WWV set automatic clock shows.

While I don’t need a study to tell me this, this has been true in my life. I absolutely hate daylight savings time. I call it fake time. I have had problems sleeping my entire life and when I lose that hour it gets worse and I never recover until we return to normal time. I have tried to convince my wife to move with me to a state or county or area where daylight savings time is not observed. But no dice. Oh well.
