Europe has always been an economically challenged everywhere the Marshall Plan was effected. The monies from American (1947/1949-1969) was replaced with not so temporary VATs. The original monies were spent on war torn populations for displace lives, war ravaged lives and not much beyond immediate personal needs and to line the Royals/Politicians pockets. The people of Europe are still SERFS who adorn their royals with free living that only Kings, Queens and overseers can dream of living. The primary point, however, is that Europe has always had kush deals with dictators for oil, and anything else imported that would be considered financial rape in the USA, and it is on the backs of third world nations that Belguim, Germany, France, Italy, etc., have been able to extend their social welfare states from the late 60s-2000. After the 2000 financial meltdown the capital in markets utlilized by EU nations was sucked out at 40-60% loss - and their Social Welfare States collasped - Bush and the New World Order came to the rescue. The OIL countries bailed out Germany, Italy, France and in return they agreed to take the huddled masses of Islam.
