Tony Romo will soon no longer be a Dallas Cowboy.
The Cowboys will release the franchise's all-time leader in passing yards and touchdowns on Thursday, sources told ESPN, allowing him the chance to sign with another team if he desires while removing any doubt that they have the utmost faith in Dak Prescott.

Has to be.
...my thoughts exactly...
Watch the Browns pick him up. Or try to. Nothing says “your career as a QB is over” quite like playing for the recent Browns.
Ring of Honor?
Nope
Poor brittle boned bastard.
Im always amazed how simple that era of machine isI can identify with him.
I still got IT but, being consistant and healthy is a problem for me too.
This has cost me a couple jobs too.
I stayed in a young mans job for too long and now I am in a mid life crisis in my career path.
I can really identify with him.
Only if Jerry is still alive. Ring of Honor for two playoff wins? Not in my book.
He also frittered away his first few years as a starter, getting caught up in the celebrity scene and playing competitive golf. Too many distractions at an early age.
Ironic, that this happens while arguably the greatest sports personality ever to play in Dallas, Dirk Nowitzki, gets 30,000 points to become only the sixth player in NBA History to reach that. And all with one team. But Romo will be all they’ll be talking about here for the next week.
But let there be another Romo rumor, and that's all the talk.
“Releasing” him to an old-age home, perhaps?
The Jets will take him because they want to continue to make my life a living hell for 16 weeks every year.
Not trying to be a grammar Nazi, but ESPN really knows how to split an infinitive.
I guess Wide Receiver X’s & O’s trump Journalism 101 basic English.
“Tony Romo will soon no longer be a Dallas Cowboy. “
Do want the guy to die! NFC West Division defenses would kill him.
Denver
see Tony
after all the pain suffering and one for the team....
its really ... what have you done for me lately...
good luck
He’s better than our pastry chef in Chicago. :-D :-(
I’m hearing now that Houston would be the most likely landing spot.
