In all of the "only in Texas" moments, this sight at a Baytown Buc-ee's may take the cake.
As seen in the viral video on Facebook, Josh Wilson captured a limousine hauling a Starcraft Marine boat at Buc-ee's.
Yes, an awkward sight.
"It caught me off guard for a second, but then I thought to myself heck yeah that's what I'm talking about," Wilson told ABC13.
From a crawfish using its local Buc-ee's to make a grand 'escape,' to the rest stop being named the best in America, you can't escape Buc-ee's!
So wealthy guys are not supposed to have boats?
They're allowed to fish?
That’s the cheapest boat I’ve seen a wealthy guy pulling.
It’s a small size pontoon boat with a park bench for a seat.
That’s an old Lincoln.
Yep. A mid 90s model Lincoln. The boat is worth more than the limo.
Definitely up there on the “Redneck scale”, if you know what I mean.
I’m no bajillionare but my F150 and Boat are much nicer..
I get a bigger kick out of seeing the random dead head sticker on an old cadillac..
I forgot the question mark.
We agree
Well, why not? You can find everything else at Buc-ee's.
Only in Texas.... I saw a Harley with 4 sacks of concrete strapped to the back seat. I will have to dig that picture out of my archives
A little voice inside my head said
Don’t look back, you can never look back....
Older limos are cheap. Guy probably couldn’t afford a nice pickup.
Ain’t that the truth?............lol........I love me some Buc-ee’s........;)
We make do with what we gots..........lol
Only socialistic liberals are offended obviously.
They should see my 2014 Escalade with the back end stuffed with a Cat 3306 cylinder head.
That’s 96# per bag.
There’s nothing unusual about a car pulling a pontoon. The person that wrote this needs to get out more.
We pulled our pontoon 500 miles north into Manitoba with our Subaru Outback. Yes, the pontoon was only a 15 foot with a 25HP Evinrude, but it’s still a boat.
The Lincoln in the article is large & powerful enough to pull that 24’ pontoon with ease. I just don’t see anything out of the ordinary.
What are you working on with a 3306 in it?
I build Cat engines for a living.
