The Obama administration funneled billions of dollars to activist organizations through a Department of Justice slush fund scheme, according to congressional investigators.
“It’s clear partisan politics played a role in the illicit actions that were made,” Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, told Fox News. “The DOJ is the last place this should have occurred.”
Findings spearheaded by the House Judiciary Committee point to a process shrouded in secrecy whereby monies were distributed to a labyrinth of nonprofit organizations involved with grass-roots activism.
“Advocates for big government and progressive power are using the Justice Department to extort money from corporations,” Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton told Fox News. “It’s a shakedown. It’s corrupt, pure and simple.”
There is a recent effort by Republicans to eliminate the practice, which many believe was widely abused during the Obama administration.

I’ve said all along - #BLM are Obama’s Red Guards. They were his own street-agitation force, used for pushing an extremist agenda, which his Administration could use as a foil for any number of more “main-stream” political operations - such as control of local police forces, increased government action on “civil rights” violations, etc...
They were organized and run out of the D.O.J.

The DOJ also sent a taxpayer-funded brigade to FL, to organize protests against George Zimmerman. Nothing Obama/Holder did was sufficiently outrageous to raise an eyebrow on the Uniparty side.

And yet, for Eric the Red Holder, this is perhaps among the less heinous of his schemes.

Every agency and pseudo agency set up by the Clinton, BushCo and Obama thugs.
They have had 24+ years to set up these criminal enterprises, and it will take time to find them and defund them.
The EPA slush fund is massive. They functionally fund the lawsuits against by environmental groups. Then the groups are awarded lush monies to fund the groups continued operations. It is a racket and it must stop.
If Trump can't just elimonate it he should designate to funds to go to other NGOs like Judicial Watch or FIRE.

Sounds like the slush fund predated Obama. I wonder if Bush 43 was using it in a similar fashion.
I’m sure he failed to dismantle any program set up by Clinton, if he didn’t add to them.
The exceptions are people like McCain, Graham, Ryan, and a few others who are determined to destroying this country..
