Reading the story there’s hardly any controversy.
Leg lamps have been done long before, and now rea people actually walk around with less on and more showing than a leg lamp. These same people “offended” about this lamp, defend the women who walk around with more leg exposed and less clothes on.

The leg lamp sculpture, called>b> Ill Shoot Your Eye Out, is based on the 1983 movie, A Christmas Story, and it certainly is raising a lot of eyebrows.The correct sentence is "It'll shoot your eye out," as in "it will", not "I'll" as in "I will."
My guess is that the sculpture has the correct verbiage, but anything for a "news" story, especially if someone can 1) feel offended or 2) emote hysterically over guns.
