The “mainstream” media stopped being mainstream years ago. They are just a well funded arm of the liberal movement.
It’s public disgrace and humiliation began to be broadly exposed with the Dan Rather lies about Bush. It has only become worse.
Kind of like some of the work no shows on the “day without illegals”. They got fired because they are no longer needed.

She completely misunderstands her colleagues. Every single one of her fellow presstitutes will show up every time President Trump is at the microphone hoping for their personal “gotcha” moment and 15 minutes of fame leading to their next promotion.
And this would be a problem? Trump does not need the press to communicate with the American people.
Reporters are the vestiges of an era where it took an interlocutor to bring information from one place to another. If the President can speak to all of the American people at once via telecommunications technology, there is nothing left to report, since the people would already know what he said.
Let these idiots not show up.
There still would be a press conference. Questions will be asked by non-leftist sources, and these idiots will still have to cover it.
