Tucker has totally lost control of his interviews. The slimy liberals have learned to just talk over him and never let him get a word in edgewise. Too bad, I use to look forward to his show. Now it has become a platform for the rabid, insane left.
Tucker NEVER lays a glove on ANY of his libtard/far lefty "guests" at all. They, OTOH, eat his lunch, punch him in the gut, slam him into a locker, and then force him, HEAD DOWN, into a waste filled toilet bowl.
“I don’t know if I see anybody here saying that.”
See posts #11, #25, and #50.
I believe that is what bothers me the most about FOX. Their pundants are conservative enough, but their programs are all dedicated to giving Leftists more microphones, and television time.
THIS, with ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC,CNN and even CSpan loaded with them, already.
Never mind the old flagships of print media, in the New York Times, Washington Post and even the Wall Street Journal. Throw in the NeverTrump “conservative” blogs and academia and Hollywood and WHAT IS THE POINT?
I’m down to Lou Dobbs, alone! TV is an all out media war on the country, and we’re suppose to appreciate and be grateful for watching Tucker Carlson mouth breathe?
Okay, first post in your list is #11.
Post #11, "If Tucker can't control filibustering guests, he's going to have to start turning off their pics."
As I said I don't know if I see anybody here saying that Tucker should cut the mic off when there's disagreements.
I do see people saying that if a guest fillibusters when answering a question and won't stop filibustering when the host asks him to stop, then his mic should be cut.
Tucker just sat there, looking like a deer in the headlights, a silly child, and/or a snotty elitist faced down by a ranting ghetto thug.
Tucker, Trinity alum though he is, hasn't the vocabulary nor the intellect to have a Buckley V Vidal debate and none of his guests do either.
Watters already has the "ask questions and let the morons show what idiots they are" genre covered already and he does it far better!
I still like Tucker but agree he’s letting the loonies take over the conversations a little too much and what’s with the new “set”(?)......last night was the first night I’ve seen his show with a guest at the desk. Don’t like it when he’s just shown in a cubicle-like square to left screen.
Post #25, "I think thats right. The word has gotten out to the slime that all they have to do is keep talking and they can filibuster your way through the interview and still get their talking points out."
You're now zero for two. Should I look at post #50??
You are right! Have a good night.
Hannity
O'Rielly ( and I don't like him that much )
And there are others, but since I doubt that you'll agree with anything I say, that's all I'm going to list.
You made a statement that you can't substantiate, which was plain old dumb, and now are on a high horse, your nose in the air, pretending, yet again, and refusing to deign to engage. you're just a poser. LOL
Yes. For two reasons. The median age of Fox News viewers is 68. So these older voters tune into Fox. These are the same people that helped put Trump into office by a margin of 53% to 45%. These people will be around in 2020. It's important for them to see the anarchist lying left in all its glory.
Secondly, Tucker has a large following of Generation Z and red-pilled millenials who are sick of the safe space/trigger warning leftist culture. There is more at play here than people think. These are the people who follow Milo Yiannopoulus who he had on his show recently.
So when people complain that they aren't getting their sound-bite pound of flesh that they can yell at their TV about via Tucker it's of no import because they are playing by the old rules.
We KNOW the ENEMY and Tucker's show is a hot mess.
“Anyone on FR, who hasn’t seen that crazed middle school teacher, cum COMMUNITY ORGANIZER on YouTube, other T.V. shows, other sites, days to weeks ago, just isn’t keeping up.”
Ha! Some here have real lives and don’t stay up until three or four in the morning thinking what we have to say is important.
Neither Hannity nor O'Reilly can hold a candle to Tucker Carlsen as far as rebutting Leftists "on the fly".
Hannity is a great advocate for President Trump and his policies, but he's no debate wizard...

If he changed more to a debate form, take twice the time for an interview, not *talk-over* everyone, nor allow guests to talk-over him...it would be much more watchable.
What'sherface had MILO on FIRST, right after the riot at Berkeley, Hannity had him on, I don't know when/if Tucker had him on, but he was behind the others.
And just WHAT "rules" is Tucker using...KEEP QUIET AND LET THE GUEST RUN THE SHOW, WHILE YOU SIT THERE LOOKING LIKE THE IDIOT YOU ARE, and THAT is "winning" the hearts and minds of the Milo following Millenials? REALLY? Then WHY do they LOVE Milo, when he slams the morons, so?
As I sated, but you're ignoring, is that this stuff IS on the radio, other cable shows, many other sites on line, and having a "real life" hardly precludes paying attention to what's going on.
sated = stated
Hannity DOES cut the mike off, on idiot guests who go off on a rant and O'Rielly shouts over them. Tucker just sits there and looks the fool!

I understand. You view this as a loss. But this is hardly the, "idiot on the street interview" you reference. This was showing right-thinking American people what an unhinged fascist looks like and the consequences that ensue from that. It may not have been done according to the style you prefer but that's hardly germane. We apparently saw two different segments.
As for Watters what he does is done by every late night talk show host so he isn't breaking any new ground there. In fact it's probably the segment most worth skipping. Like I'm surprised people don't know who their congressman is, or whose the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or whatever.
The purpose is to get the truth out there. Sometimes you combat it vigorously or sometimes you let people hang themselves. You may not fully appreciate that tactic but its effective. Unless your willing to say the people watching it said to themselves, "Yeah this woman really made sense, I'm with her.
