The District Court judge basically ignored the statute that clearly states Trump's single authority to limit immigration in any way he sees fit without any limitation. The state of Washington has no standing...only persons traveling from those 7 countries have standing. This hocus-pocus lawsuit is laughable.
The dreamy-eyed lawyer from WA ‘stood’ before the court representing ‘students’ - so since he was standing as he spoke ipso facto he has standing. So there.

I think the days still has the right to refuse to give out visas. This should only affect those who already have a visa. But I’m no expert. Maybe someone else here, knows.

This was how it was in the 1950’s, 1960’s and 1970’s, when the Warren and Burger courts gave us Miranda, Roe vs, Wade, etc....They are the last resort for the libs against the people, but a very effective one.
When Democrats are in power, there is no problem. Any rare GOP lawsuit is immediately set aside. Everything a Democrat does is constitutional, and it will be that way again when Trump is gone.

Congress must do something immediately ore our government will collapse. The 9th circuit has essentially destroyed the congress, the presidency and the Constitution in that this decision rules, for all practical purposes, that congress can pass no law and the president can take no action of any kind no matter how critical to the welfare of the nation, that the court does not approve.
That destroys the concept of the separation of powers.
