Well, this thread went sour quick.

Yep. right from the subject chosen.

It was sort of like throwing bread soaked in kerosene into a toaster: it could only end one way.

Go take your meds and by the time they kick in, maybe you can discuss your delusions with the Doughty One.

The rest of us are busy living in the real world.

>>>I predict a lot of people who are having second thoughts about Trump, even now, will see what they missed out for the presidency<<<

Except for the fact that if Cruz was the Republican Nominee, you would be hearing the phrase “Madam President” for the next eight years.

BTW, I am a former Cruzer.

That best candidate barely lifted a finger to make sure our nation survived.

Tead Curz destroyed his career in 2016.

My it rest in pieces.

Thank you for the "heads up." While I felt that Senator Cruz crossed a very unfortunate line in the last months of the Primary campaign, it is sheer folly to deny his ability & debating skills. Glad to see him back on our side.

This debate should also be constructive in putting more political pressure on the side of the Gorsuch nomination.

It is unfortunate, at a time when we are all under constant enemy fire, that some want to refight last year's battles, rather than focus on the common foe.

D1, you are entitled to an opinion, but it is pure used TP.

He did way more than lift a finger; he lifted the entire NWO out of our way by keeping us free of the jurisdiction of the world court.

Most significant action by any American official since the early days of Reagan.

Hillary Clinton being president would be 10,000 times more dangerous to the United States, and you and Ted are the only two people on the planet who couldn’t and evidently sill can’t figure that out.

Now, back to your thinking pose you and Tead held for months at a time, trying to figure out if Ted should finally endorse Trump when nobody was listening.

A Tweet from Trump will make more impact than Tead Curz’s publicity stunt on CNN. CNN...

As a former Cruzer, I too believe he would have had an excellent chance of winning against Hillary. Many, including myself didn’t vote. Trump will have his chance and if he fails, we as consvatives will be relegated to the dust bin of history.

Trump is a nationalist, though he has presided so far as a conservative. My comment was more directed in the fact that Cruz never had an opportunity to go one-on-one with Trump in any capacity, and true conservative principles were never debated without (intended) obfuscation.

As everyone else, I will await Trump’s first few months before actually putting out a difference. If he can get McConnell to nuke the Senate and get Gorsuch through, it will be successful and I will accept the fact that Trump kept his word.

With regard to “Madame President” remark if Cruz were nominee: Keep in mind that most conservatives “held their nose” when they voted for Trump, because we didn’t know WHICH Donald Trump we were getting. In extension, many conservatives did NOT vote for Trump for that reason. In addition, the same “moderate” voters would have gravitated to Cruz just like Trump, as Cruz was no Bush/RINO, but rather a Reagan figure. Cambridge Analytics actually projected a significant popular vote victory over Clinton, as well as victory in four more states than Trump took, had Cruz been the nominee. (The same analytics showed Trump beating Cruz, which happened just like the predictions.)

Trump will have his chance and if he fails, we as consvatives will be relegated to the dust bin of history.

The Republicans so called "conservatives" had it's chance and failed over and over and over in D.C. It was they who relegated themselves to corrupt 3 rate representatives who lost all support and credibility. Trump is the one who dragged them from the business as usual uniparty trash bin they'd sealed themselves into.

The ugly hard fact is if not for Trump, you'd be b*tching and complaining about Hillary Clinton right now. Wrap your head around that. Hillary would have KO'd Cruz just like he did his wife. That's exactly how things would be right this second.

Please!

Cruz would have enthusiastically endorsed Trump had Trump simply apologized for the lies and trickery he laid on him.

As it is Cruz is who set Trump up for the win in the rust belt states, working his staff and himself long hours all charged to his own campaign funds.

You are just not even honest with yourself.

Does Oh Mandy still work for CNN? She was a big help to Cruz the night of the Iowa caucus.
