Lena Dunham has Donald Trump to thank for her recent weight loss.
“Donald Trump became president and I stopped being able to eat food,” Dunham, 30, told Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show Monday (via Entertainment Weekly).
The actress, who has long been criticized for her body image, continued, “Everyone’s been asking like, ‘What have you been doing?’ And I’m like, ‘Try soul-crushing pain and devastation and hopelessness and you, too, will lose weight.”
She admitted to Stern that initially Trump winning the election “seemed like an impossible joke” that “would never happen,” adding that she told herself, “the most qualified candidate we’ve ever had is running against a steak salesman. We’re going to be fine"
“She isn’t being criticized for her weight or appearance.”
Hell yeah she is, at least by me. Normally I wouldn’t but this land whale insists on running around naked on television and I don’t need to stumble across that when I’m switching channels. If I have to “fat shame” her to get her to keep her clothes on, so be it.
Is there anything that man can’t do?
Now, if Oprah would have the same problem - she makes a mockery of Weight Watchers wearing her manatee tights...
And buffet operators everywhere breathe a heartfelt thank you.

This woman has serious problems with sanity. And I don’t find her funny at all.
She’s not really especially fat or bad looking. If she wore normal-people clothes, she’d be unremarkable ... unless she had a sweet character, in which case she could be quite pretty.
