Last night, the New England Patriots launched a stunning comeback and defeated the Atlanta Falcons in overtime to win their fifth Super Bowl. The game seemed all but over, and some people got a bit smug during halftime gloating over the Patriots' imminent demise. Many people took the opportunity to blame Donald Trump for the Patriots' uncharacteristically horrible play during the first half.

this one actually aged quite nicely as it turns out... :)
Crow really tastes bad the day after - you know, mixed with the ashes of defeat.....
I kept thinking of leaving the room and doing something else, but I kept thinking how Brady’s timing seemed a bit off, and if he got that right, how things would change. He did and it did.
My son is in school in Paris and was watching, it started about 1230 AM we did Skype through most of the game - about 1/2 way through the 3rd he went to bed, have not chatted with him today, he will not believe it.
OK, Claudia Jordan is hot. I put her on Lazz’s top 10 of 2017. Somewhere in between Marge Simpson and Susan Boyle.
But there's still hope! @realJillStein now filing Federal lawsuit to challenge the holding call that put Atlanta out of field goal range deep in the fourth. #HopingToGetIdiotRobart.
Who is this idiot?
Actually, at one point, ESPN had it up to 97.9% for Atlanta. Almost like the Huffington Post for Hillary.....
That guy is the most famous fraud. How does he still have a publisher?
“TalcumX”
Perfect.
Good comment about Jill Stein. :)
After the first half, I thought it was over. We worked on dinner during halftime. We watched most of the rest of the game.
In college play, both sides get to play offense in over-time. In yesterday’s game, the Patriots won the coin toss, scored, game over. Was this game decided by a coin toss? Even if so, it was fair as a) each team had four quarters to show their dominance, b) the coin toss was fair.
Also, if that does not work, the Russian hacked the replay cameras and that pass was not caught and the knee was down before the ball crossed into the end zone.
How long must we tolerate this madness. We need to scream that it is my football game too. Maybe we can get George Soros to fund lawsuits over deflated footballs (there must have been some around in the 4th quarter and overtime.
The nightmare continues with unreal pats win
"I feel like this is some kind of bizzaro world lately where evil always wins. First Trump, and now the cheating, lucky, all around dislikeable pats win the SB with the largest comeback of SB history. Feels like the world won't give me a single damn thing to feel good about lately."
