Have refugees make this declaration statement as part of our immigration policy.

How should a judge decide which countries should be banned? Have the judge take a minimum one hour stroll through said country wearing a crucifix and a MAGA hat. If still alive, he/she is ready to consider the case.

the problem with your plan is that often our terrorists have been 2nd generation jihadists.
Foreigners come in two flavors:
1.) Family we haven’t seen for a while (Brits, Dutchies, Italians etc., our own flesh and blood).
2.) Third World filth.
To the former, I say, we should all be able to visit each other pretty much as we please.
To the latter I say, I hope your rotten excuse for a failed nation dries up and blows away — and you with it.
Why take them at all?
My vetting process:

Simply being a mooselimb is incompatible with Western Civilization. As far as I’m concerned, unless they change their name to a non-mooselimb name and formally and publicly renounce Islam, we should not even remotely consider them for entry into the US. Even then, we need to collaborate somehow that their proclamations are real.
But have they given it up? or are they just lying as they are allowed to do?
