Today, Tucker Carlson was interviewing some lawyer guy defending the federal judge's block on the travel ban. Lawyer guy saying it was unconstitutionally blocking the traveler's rights, so the ban had to go. Tucker pounced on the guy, saying how can you give constitutional rights to a foreigner?
The lawyer guy doubled down, saying even though they're foreigners that they have rights not to be banned.
Tucker counters they're not even in our country, being enroute, and you want to give them constitutional rights? So that means we can't do anything against foreign terrorists in other countries because they have our constitutional rights? That's nuts.
The lawyer guy kept talking over Tucker's responses, and Tucker ended the interview. These leftist judges are crazy, assigning rights to foreigners on foreign soil as if they were American citizens here in our country. Absolutely nuts.

Ahh, this guy is from the 9th circus. There is the strategy if Trump goes for appeal then its over permanently. We know how 9th will rule then the SC which is at best 4-4 which means the 9th decision stands. So Trump will lose the right to do this period.
Looks like Justice Dept will file for a stay. That would mean everything goes on hold. It would take more then 90 days to go through court system. That would actually be better then the EO.

Well this is and has been the problem for a long time Judges defying law and ruling by personal views often tossing out millions of votes when it suits them. Seems like Trump is going to play the game not that l know if he has any viable alternative.

Yes l saw that too. So much for telling the Judge that he overstepped his authority which he did. Very disappointing so now what should be a Presidential perogative is allowed to be dictated by the f-ing judges again.
