Protest organiser Yvette Felarca defended the demonstration, describing the actions of students as "self-defence".
"We have the right to defend ourselves," she said, adding: "This shutting down Milo Yiannopoulos, and doing whatever's necessary to do that, is our right to self-defence."

“If they can successfully dissolve the distinction between words and action, then they can say that hurting you is an appropriate response to not liking something you say. We must fundamentally reject this poisonous idea.” - Milo Yiannopoulos @ U.W.
Self defense from what?
An unarmed gay guy?
The national socialists in Germany demonizing the Jews was always pitched as “self-defense” of the German people.
The socialists in the Soviet Union demonizing Kulaks was pitched as “self-defense” of the common people, or proletariat.
Chinese socialist red guards cleansing the country of opposition to the Cultural Revolution was no different.
Leftist lunatics seeking to impose their totalitarian regime on a society always speak in these terms.
Y’know, I always topple light towers and set fire to generators whenever I see them.
Can’t be too careful.
Milo is gay and proud of it - The UB just can’t handle a gay guy telling them how it is - a truly anti-gay group out there.

Terrorism: The unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
Self-defense: The protection of one’s person or property against some injury attempted by another. Generally a person may use reasonable force when it appears reasonably necessary to prevent an impending injury. A person using force in self-defense should use only so much force as is required to repel the attack.
There was no attempt at injury. This was pure terrorism, an act of supreme evil, and a violent act that would fully justify the use of deadly force in defense. Violence is never an acceptable response to protected political speech. If one or two of these thugs (or thousands of them) die at the hands of armed Americans, I’m okay with that.
This is just another example of how the far Left mostly democrat party (the RADICALIZED RATS) act out their true feelings - somebody once said actions speak louder than words — how true.
Frankly, I could care less if they tear up the Berkley Campus and burn it to the ground.
The entire city of Berkley and surrounding areas needs Nero style urban renewal.
Oakland more so.
President Donald Trump threatened Thursday to withdraw federal funds from UC Berkeley after violent campus protests forced the cancellation of a speech by Milo Yiannopoulos, a firebrand editor of right-wing news site Breitbart. “If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view - NO FEDERAL FUNDS?” Trump wrote on Twitter Thursday.
Is there a point when these protestors are committing HATE Crimes
Gavin Newsome a UC California Regent tweeted to Trump don’t do it over the actions of a few?

Seems to me that's a threat at the very top of her page...to the President of the U.S.A.
I thought the Left supported the BLT community.
very GOOD. I’m going to use your stuff, OK.
So let’s start a GoFundMe to send Milo to EVERY liberal college campus (i.e. all of them). Let the snowflakes protest and riot and burn their own stuff, and then Trump can step in and tell the administration “Stop this right now or I’ll pull your federal funds”.
They wond, he will, thus a happy ending and money well spent.
UC Regent Gavin Newsome should know that extreme policy has been created at UC Berkely over the “actions of a few.” He is the typical Leftist useful idiot who thinks there should be no consequences when his leftist nuts go on a rampage and throws down the boom when a few on the Right steps out of line.
Newsome, you’re terminated! Get to the chopper!
