Am liking the lineup tonight...now if we can get Murray to stop being repulsive and ruining the BB...am looking forward to the Halls of Ivy...don’t know about News of the World...Gina gets Sherlock Holmes...Escape is nice (should be at 10:30)...and then a President’s Birthday show from ‘44...
How was your week?
Zoomer radio (AM 740 Tronto) has been playing a lot of Our Miss Brooks.
They hold up well.
I love the picture, Vision!
How’s your week and weekend been? Keith found a General Tso’s Chicken recipe he’s going to try this evening. We’ll put that rice cooker to use, too!
Hey Gina, it was an average week. This week will either be good or bad with no middle ground. I bought a new smoker which is being delivered from the west and was delayed due to weather. That was annoying.
Tsos Chicken sounds great. I made this last night, can recommend.

I laughed out loud when I read (before I’ve watched the video) Chef John’s blog about the recipe, where he said, “Of course, none of this helps my American viewers who, thanks to the cafeteria ladies from our childhoods, think ‘goulash’ is a tomato, hamburger, and elbow macaroni casserole.”
That’s EXACTLY what comes to mind when I hear “goulash.” :-D
Well it’s good. It may need a nob of butter at the beginning or end to reach perfection.
Anything discussion worthy on your end?
All’s fine here. No real news, which is good. Keith just started cutting up his chicken. I wish we had a football game on. I don’t care to listen to Murray, although we pop in for the shows we like that he still plays.
I think NE will win next week in a blowout.
I hope it’s a good game, at least. Blowouts are no fun. Atlanta may surprise us.
I think you’re right. I’d be betting the over.
Ok, the leftovers were awesome, better the second day. No butter needed, just time.
Hey, how you been?
Murray steps on the end of the Halls of Ivy. Meh.
This group might also enjoy the Victoria [Queen Victoria] series on PBS airing at 9:00 Eastern in the Downton Abbey spot. Tonight is episode 3. I don’t know how historically accurate it is in the details but it’s a beautiful production.
I am listening to the Big Broadcast but I really, really hope this current host is replaced. I can’t just listen to Gunsmoke without a preachy little sermon about elder abuse first? I’m incapable of understanding this on my own? Another reason condescending liberals are simply annoying and to be ignored.
