In one of them, Limbaugh says that if you oppose the ban, you're on the same side as Hamas. That's an endorsement of the ban. He has endorsed the ban many other times, including reading the
Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 on the air to prove that Trump was right and his critics were mistaken about the Constitutionality of the ban.
Just because Limbaugh was not a rabid Trump supporter that doesn't make him an enemy.
