Protesters with no respect for anyone but themselves, spewing vulgarity, blocking city buses and trains and disrupting the peace. The city police subsequently tackle and arrest the perpetrators. Then a protestor organizer (wearing a mask) who "isn't arguing with the polls" takes the microphone and spews forth hate and vulgarity....for all innocent passerby's to hear. Question: Why aren't these young folks working like the rest of us?
They are working. They get paid to protest. They are called Professional Anarchists.
Until the LEO start busting heads and arresting people, this crap will continue...
The sooner the better.
It would seem totally reasonable that people at a protest can't obscure their identity. That way, authorities could figure out who they are, probably get indisputable information about who is paying them, and have a record of their anarchy.
There's two questions I've had since BLM protesting started. If participants (leaders and/or followers) are paid, how is that a protest? It's a paid theatrical performance and should be governed by rules and permits for that.
The other one is about burning the flag. I don't like that it's "freedom of speech". But what I don't understand is why they aren't arrested and fined for violating laws against setting fires.
This is anecdotal but important. One of my neighbors went to one of those peaceful marches the day after inauguration, where they were protesting so much stuff that the causes were sometimes in conflict. Besides that pro-life women weren't welcome. Well, they've started to organize with various meetings coming up. My neighbor and her daughter were going to attend one. But when they went back to sign up, the meetings were no longer available for everyone. I would surmise that the organizers are very quickly moving to organize their anarchistic agenda and getting the useful idiots out of the picture.
Geez. Now I have a kink in my neck from watching that sideways video.
What a whiney bunch, they’re not “anarchists” they’re paid disruptors.
What I don’t get is they always go after the dummys who are blocking the busses, and not the masked anarchists who are directing the protest as well as the megaphone wielding dipsticks. Arrest them for incitement. Then put them in a rubber room and find out who pays for this BS (as if we don’t already know it’s a Soros organization). Cut off the heads of the snake. Right now all law enforcement is doing is swatting flies.
The key mechanism that makes insurgency work is to delegitimize the government in the eyes of the people by forcing the government into a heavy handed response against the people. Then, the insurgencies claims that the government is illegitimate will seem valid. We’ve seen all this before and it’s all written down.
Question: why aren't these young folks getting wood shampoos, a trip to the hoosegow, and felony rioting charges?
Because they can't take and execute commands, nor show good manners to others. That would offend their sense of self-determination and independence, eh?
If not out-and-out "racist," that would be at least demeaning and tolerant of disrespect, wouldn't it? < /sarc >
——The key mechanism that makes insurgency work is to delegitimize the government in the eyes of the people——
That works to a point....and you need a uninformed population to pull that off...
Vast number of people in this country have awaken to the tactics of the left and see what it is....
I don’t think a few cracked skulls are going to bother a lot of people if it maintains order and peace..
Loved how the Portland cops handled it - the Rule of Law is making a comeback and they will soon find out that committing criminal acts is not protected speech....

....................................................
Answer: They are working. They’re cashing George Soros’ checks.
If the cops will just routinely go out and spray every protestor with skunk spray, (while wearing gas masks) the party would be over very quickly.
Exactly.
Hickory shampoos all around.
