Her exposure on the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play and her criminal conflicts of interest (accepting bribes in plane language) are a huge problem. Does she want to give the Republicans another reason to press those issues? Simply, she runs for any office, she will be indicted. I think she understands that very well.
Hillary has never wanted to run for office. She only sought the Presidency because of the uproar of the people. She reluctantly ran, she has no personal ambition for politics.
