I did not say anything about the unconstitutional no-fly list. But since you brought it up- tell me again how the state can deprive someone of their freedoms w/o adjudication by court of law? Or are we now living behind some iron curtain?
Watch list? I am fine with that. We need to put 90% of our leftist politicians on that one, and about 30% of all others.... But still, cannot deprive them of rights w/o due process- and that means a judge and jury.
The constitutionality of that list is not my point. I personally think it should be unconstitutional for our gubmint to keep a secret list like this, but apparently I am wrong on this as the secret “no fly” list not only exists but has hundreds of American citizens on it along with thousands of foreigners. My point is that since we have such a list with people that are on it by mistake or for much weaker reasons, this guy should have definitely been on it as soon as he told the FBI that he was being forced to fight for ISIS. I wonder how many other people in the country the FBI knows are probably dangerous and more or less leaves alone?
